Character design for Dragon's Rise: The Forgotten Realms

These giant dragons wander the world carrying a small ecosystem on their backs. The characters live symbiotically on the dragon and keep the ecosystem in balance. Especially when there is an invasion of pests, the heroes are in demand.
That's why the characters are designed with mushroom elements.

Yes, they are all a bit chubby. But I wanted to keep the anatomy a little different from human and I think that gives them a more peaceful, cozy look.
And since they have mushroom elements, I think they don't have a gender, but some kind of ritual in which they send their spores off to produce offspring.
